A Study of Eco-Marxism of China in 2016: Progress and Evaluation

2016年的国内生态马克思主义研究,呈现为传统议题领域稳步推进、新兴议题领域风生水起的较为活跃局面,并因而成为我国国外马克思主义研究学科中的一大"靓点"或"新生长点"。就前者来说,国内学界研究的主要成果体现在对于马克思恩格斯生态思想的新理论视角下的诠释阐发,尤其是基于生态文明视角或绿色发展视角,以及对其著述的中文翻译尚不充分的生态马克思主义学者的研究,特别是对伯克特、格伦德曼、休斯等人思想的研究;就后者而言,国内学界研究的主要进展体现为对美国有机马克思主义思想和对欧美社会生态转型理论与拉美超越发展理论的译介讨论,国内学者之所以关注这两大理论流派,都不只是由于对生态马克思主义或生态社会主义理论的兴趣,而是对于我国社会主义生态文明建设的思考,这表明国内学者正在快速形成自己独立性的生态马克思主义见解及其认知方法。

Generally speaking, study of Eco-Marxism in China has made a remarkable progress in 2016, both in terms of the traditional issues and the emerging issues. Therefore, it appears as the ＂highlights＂ or ＂new growing point＂ in the sub-discipline of international study of Marxism in our country. For the traditional issues, academic research focuses on the interpretation of ecological thoughts of Marx and Engels from new perspective, especially taking the perspectives of eco-civilization construction or green development, and the eco-Marxist scholars whose writings have not been fully translated into Chinese, such as Burkett, Grundmann, Hughes and so on. For the emerging issues, there are plenty of journal articles and academic events on organic Marxism in the USA, social-ecological transformation theory in Europe and beyond development theory in Latin America, which clearly shows that Chinese scholars are trying to connect the study of international eco-Marxist theories and the China＇s own need to develop a theory of socialist eco-civilization, a remarkable improvement regarding research methodology of Eco-Marxism.
