妇产科手术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的诊断与治疗被引量：3

摘要目的探讨妇产科手术后下肢静脉血栓形成(DVT)的诊治疗方法。方法选取2011-06—2016-06间收治的符合妇产科手术后下肢DVT诊断标准的70例患者,随机分为2组,各35例。观察组行非手术治疗,对照组给予手术治疗。对比分析2组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为94.3%,对照组为82.9%,观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组恢复时间快于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在严格掌握适应证的前提下,采用非手术治疗妇产科术后下肢DVT,效果显著,安全性高,患者术后恢复快。
