磁性附着体修复治疗对老年全口覆盖义齿患者牙周健康的影响及满意度评价

Effects of magnetic attachment remediation on periodontal health in elderly patients with tethered dentures

目的探讨磁性附着体修复治疗对老年全口覆盖义齿患者满意度评价以及对患者牙周健康的影响。方法选取2013年7月—2016年2月期间就诊患者82例,给予磁性附着体修复治疗,并观察记录修复前和修复后第6个月和第12个月患者满意度、牙周健康状态。结果修复后第6个月和第12个月,满意度评分较修复前显著提高(P<0.05),龈钩液量较修复前显著减少(P<0.05),修复后第6个月和第12个月,患者龈钩出血指数、牙周袋深度虽然有升高,但差异不显著(P>0.05),牙槽骨高度较修复前虽有所降低,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论磁性附着体修复治疗可明显提高老年全口覆盖义齿患者咀嚼率和满意度,改善牙周组织健康情况。

Objective To explore the effects of magnetic attachment remediation on periodontal health in elderly patients with tethered dentures. Methods From July 2013 to February 2016,82 patients were received magnetic attachment repair treatment,then chewing rate assessment,patient satisfaction and periodontal health status before repair and 6,12 months after repair were recorded. Results After 6 months and 12 months of repair,the chewing rate was significantly higher than that before repair（ P 〈0. 05）,the scores of satisfaction were significantly higher than those before repair（ P 〈0. 05）,the amount of gingival hook fluid was significantly lower than before repair（ P 〈0. 05）,and there was no significant difference in chewing rate,satisfaction and gingival hook fluid volume between the two groups at 6 and 12 month after repair（ P 〈0. 05）. 6 months and 12 months after the repairment,although the gingival hook bleeding index and the depth of periodontal pocket increased,the difference was not significant（ P 〈0. 05）,the alveolar bone height was lower than that before repair,but the difference was not significant（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Magnetic attachment treatment can significantly improve the chewing rate and satisfaction of elderly patients with complete denture and improve the health of periodontal tissue.
