超声引导下穿刺置管治疗妇科恶性肿瘤术后淋巴囊肿的临床效果评价

Therapy of lymphatic cysts after surgical operation for gynecologic cancer using method of ultrasound guided percutaneous catheter

目的探讨超声引导下穿刺置管治疗妇科恶性肿瘤术后盆腔淋巴囊肿的临床治疗效果。方法对103例妇科术后患者出现的110个盆腔淋巴囊肿行超声引导下穿刺置管引流,术后观察治疗效果及并发症缓解情况。结果 103例患者110个淋巴囊肿均一次性成功置入引流管,且未出现与穿刺置管相关并发症。术后3个月随访结果显示,105例(95%)淋巴囊肿消失,并发症完全缓解,3例(2.7%)治疗后好转,并发症明显缓解,仅2例(1.8%)治疗无效。治疗总有效率为98%。结论超声引导下穿刺置管治疗妇科恶性肿瘤术后盆腔淋巴囊肿是一种安全有效的治疗方法,适宜在临床广泛推广及应用。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of lymphatic cysts after surgical operation for gynecologic cancer using method of ultrasound guided percutaneous catheter. Methods Totally 103 gynecologic cancer patients who have already received surgical operation were included in our study,then the ultrasound guided percutaneous catheter drainage operation was provided. The patients were followed up by 3 months,the therapy effect and the complications were observed. Results Among the 103 patients,the drainage-tube was successfully operated in 110 lymphatic cysts,and the catheterization related conditions were not observed. The results of 3 months follow up showed that lymphatic cysts disappeared in 105（ 95%） patients,and the conditions were completely relieved. 3 patients were improved and the conditions were obviously relieved after therapy. 2 patients were invalid after therapy,however,the total effect rate was98%. Conclusion Percutaneous catheter guided by ultrasound was a safe and effect way for therapy of lymphatic cysts after surgical operation for gynecologic cancer,it should be promoted application in clinical.
