门冬氨酸鸟氨酸联合乳果糖对肝性脑病患者肝功能及血氨浓度变化的影响

Effects of Nmda ornithine combined with Lactulose on liver function and serum ammonia concentration in patients with hepatic encephalopathy

目的探究门冬氨酸鸟氨酸联合乳果糖对肝性脑病患者肝功能及血氨浓度变化的影响。方法选择济源市中医院92例肝性脑病患者,随机分组,各46例。对照组予门冬氨酸鸟氨酸治疗,观察组联合乳果糖治疗。比较两组治疗前后肝功能及血氨浓度变化,并对比两组临床疗效及认知功能。结果观察组治疗后ALT、TBIL及血氨浓度均较对照组降低,认知功能及治疗总有效率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肝性脑病患者应用门冬氨酸鸟氨酸与乳果糖联合治疗效果显著,可改善其肝功能,降低血氨浓度。

Objective To investigate the effect of nmda ornithine combined with lactulose on liver function and serum ammonia concentration in patients with hepatic encephalopathy. Methods Totally 92 patients with hepatic encephalopathy in TCM hospital of Ji Yuan were randomly divided into two groups,each of 46 cases. The control group received nmda ornithine combined with lactulose treatment,observation group was treated with lactulose. The changes of liver function and blood ammonia concentration were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy and cognitive function were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,the ALT,TBIL and blood ammonia concentration in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the cognitive function and the total effective rate of the treatment group were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Hepatic encephalopathy patients with nmda ornithine combined with lactulose treatment effect significantly,can improve the liver function,reduce blood ammonia concentration.
