急性面神经炎伴高血压患者的药学监护实践

The pharmacy care practice in patients with acute facial neuritis with hypertension

目的探讨临床药师对急性面神经炎伴高血压患者的药学监护模式,保障患者用药安全有效,并改善患者用药依从性及自我管理疾病的能力。方法根据急性面神经炎伴高血压患者的药物治疗特点,对患者进行药学监护,有针对性提出用药建议。结果通过药学监护,可提高急性面神经炎伴高血压患者用药的安全性、有效性及依从性,减少药物不良反应的发生。结论临床药师积极开展药学服务,协同医师优化给药方案,有利于患者用药安全、合理、有效,并提高患者用药依从性。

Objective To explore the pharmacological mode of clinical pharmacists in patients with acute facial neuritis and hypertension,protect patients with safe and effective medication,and improve patient compliance and self-management of the disease. Methods According to the drug treatment characteristics of acute facial neuritis with hypertension,patients were given with pharmacy care,and gave targeted drug recommendations. Results Through pharmacy monitoring,can improve the efficacy of acute facial neuritis with hypertension in patients with safety,efficacy and compliance,reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions. Conclusion Clinical pharmacists actively carry out pharmacy services,collaborative physician to optimize the dosing program,is conducive to the patient medication safe,reasonable and effective,and improve patient compliance.
