肝病治疗仪联合保肝药物治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of liver disease treatment instrument combined with liver protection drugs in treatment of chronic hepatitis B

目的观察肝病治疗仪联合保肝药物治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床效果。方法将慢性乙型肝炎患者56例随机分为研究组和对照组各28例。对照组给予保肝药物治疗,研究组给予肝病治疗仪联合保肝药物治疗。对比2组临床疗效和肝功能变化情况。结果研究组总有效率为96.4%高于对照组的67.9%,患者的IBIL、DBIL、TBIL、AST、ALT水平优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性乙型肝炎经肝病治疗仪联合保肝药物治疗的临床效果十分显著,值得在临床治疗中推广运用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of liver disease treatment instrument combined with liver protection drugs in treatment of chronic hepatitis B. Methods 56 patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into study group and control group,each of 28 cases. Control group was given hepatoprotective therapy,and study group was treated with liver disease treatment instrument combined with hepatoprotective therapy. Compared the clinical efficacy and changes in liver function of two groups. Results The total effective rate of study group（ 96. 4%） was higher than that in control group（ 67. 9%）; The levels of IBIL,DBIL,TBIL,AST and ALT of study group were better than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Liver disease treatment instrument combined with liver protection drugs in treatment of chronic hepatitis B has a good clinical effect,which worth popularizing application in clinical.
