腹腔镜与开腹手术在妇科急腹症中的应用效果比较

The effect comparison of laparoscopic and open surgery application in treatment of gynecologic acute abdomen

目的对比腹腔镜与开腹手术在妇科急腹症患者中的应用效果。方法将128例妇科急腹症患者随机分为试验组和对照组各64例。试验组予腹腔镜手术治疗,对照组予常规开腹手术治疗。对比观察2组患者各项术中指标、术后指标及安全性。结果试验组患者的各项术中指标、术后指标均显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。予以不同手术方案后,试验组患者的并发症发生率为1.56%(1/64)显著低于对照组的17.19%(11/64),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床治疗妇科急腹症患者的过程中,腹腔镜治疗可显著改善患者的各项术中及术后的临床指标,加速患者的康复,具有较好的安全性,应广泛推广。

Objective To compare the clinical effect of laparoscopic and open surgery application in treatment of gynecologic acute abdomen. Methods 128 cases of gynecological acute abdomen patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,each of 64 cases. Experimental group was treated by laparoscopic surgery,and control group was treated with routine open surgery. The intraoperative indexes,postoperative indexes and safety of two groups were observed. Results The level of intraoperative indexes and postoperative indexes of experimental group were significantly better than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The incidence of complications in experimental group was 1. 56%（ 1/64）,which was significantly lower than that in control group（ 17. 19%,11/64）,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion During the clinical treatment of gynecological patients with acute abdomen,laparoscopic treatment can significantly improve the patient＇s intraoperative and postoperative clinical indicators,accelerate the rehabilitation of patients,with good security,should be widely promoted.
