摘要
教育改革常因教师拒不改变而陷入困境。教师改变是通过批判性的反思和学习实现的观念上的、行为上的根本转向。国外很多学者对教师改变的过程进行了分析,整理他们的意见,可以明确:教师改变是一个以扰动"惯习"为起点,由内外部因素共同推动,指向教师观念和行为的整体性变化的复杂而困难的过程。要促进教师改变的过程,应主要从优化教师专业发展项目、进行个别干预、扩大团体互动以及革新学校文化环境等方面着手。
Educational reform is often bogged down by the teachers' refusal to change.Teacher change is a fundamental shift in perception and behavior through critical reflection and learning.Many foreign scholars have carried on the analysis to the process of teacher change.Generalizing their ideas,we can draw the following conclusions:teacher change is a complex and difficult process which starts from a disturbance of habitus,driven by the internal and external factors,and pointing to the integrated change including concepts and behaviors.In order to promote the process of teacher change,we should focus on optimizing the teachers' professional development projects,carrying out individual intervention,expanding the group interaction and reforming the school cultural environment.
