The German teaching research association is a professional and scientific association formed by university teaching researchers and the people who are interested in university teaching reform.Its main purpose is to provide a platform for the development of university teaching research,to promote the discussions and research on this filed and other important related issues.The association is led by a council which is consisted of two committees and five working groups.The two committees are certification committee and research committee.The five working groups are digital media and university teaching group,health teaching group,training group,member relation and youth development group and trainer communication group.Services provided by the association include international communication,teaching quality development and teaching advanced modularization and certification guidance.The association carries out its tasks by various ways which include establishing profession service website,publishing a series books,holding annual conference and seminars.The practice experience of The German teaching research association can provide some reference in developing China＇s university teaching institution.
