2016年12月17日下午,中国教育学会第29次年会第一分论坛:"促进教育质量的提升:教育理论刊物的时代使命"暨教育理论刊物分会2016年会如期举行。张肇丰副理事长主持会议。傅维利理事长从新时代对人提出新的发展要求、传统的教育目的观和质量观已经不能适应时代发展的要求、确立新的教育质量观论述了新教育质量观。王毓珣研究员则阐发了优质教育的定义、特征以及怎样达成优质教育。参会代表围绕"促进教育质量的提升:教育理论刊物的时代使命"这一主题展开了充分的讨论,分别阐述了自己的见解与看法。

in the afternoon of December 17,2016,the first session of the 29 th annual conference of China Education Association：＂to promote the improvement of educational quality：the era mission of Educational Theory Journals and Educational Theory Journals of 2016 have held on time.Vice president Zhaofeng Zhang chaired the meeting.WeiliFu,chairman of the new era put forward the new requirements of the development of people,the traditional education objective view and quality view has been unable to meet the requirements of the times,to establish a new concept of educational quality and discuss the new concept of educational quality.Yuxun Wang researcher has explained the definition of quality education,characteristics and how to achieve quality education The participants discussed the theme of＂promoting the quality of Education：the mission of educational theory publications＂,and expounded their own views and opinions.
