浅谈公路规划对小城镇建设的促进作用

The effect of highway on the construction of small towns

小城镇建设是国家解决"农业、农村、农民"问题的根本出路,建设小城镇的首要问题是公路交通问题,文章论述了公路对小城镇的重要作用,并提出了一些公路规划方面的建议。

The construction of small cities and towns is the fundamental way to solve the Chinese ＂three dimensional rural issues＂. To achieve this goal, one of the key path is to build highway networks in countryside. In this paper we deeply investigated the connection between highway networks and small towns, and provide some advices on the aspects of design, technical class, and management settings, in building of the countryside highway networks.
