健康女性耳廓形态的测量

Morphometric determination of healthy young female＆#39;s auricles

目的 探讨健康女性不同身高、不同体重对耳廓形态的影响.方法 测量266名健康青年女性的身高、体重、全头高、头最大宽、头最大长、头耳高、形态耳宽、容貌耳长、形态耳长、容貌耳宽等项目,计算各测量值的均值和标准差,并用SPSS15.0统计软件进行分析.结果 266名健康女性身高（162.9±4.1）cm,体重（55.3±6.5） kg,全头高（18.6±1.0）cm,头最大宽（14.1±0.8） cm,头最大长（17.0±0.7）cm,头耳高（11.9±0.7） em,形态耳宽（4.9±0.6） cm,容貌耳宽（3.3±0.3） cm,形态耳长（2.9±0.3） cm,容貌耳长（6.2±0.4） cm,容貌耳指数（190.1±20.3）％,形态耳指数（174.7±25.9）％,头长宽指数（82.9±5.9）％,头长高（耳高）指数（60.8±4.8）％、头宽高（耳高）指数（84.5±6.6）％.不同身高女性的全头高、头耳高、头长高指数、头宽高指数比较,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;不同体重女性的全头高、头最大宽、头长宽指数差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.其余不同身高或不同体重女性的耳廓部指标比较,差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 不同身高女性的全头高、头耳高、头长高指数、头宽高指数有差异;不同体重女性的全头高有差异.测量值为分析人类特征及河南青年女性耳廓整形、美容提供了美学测量标准.

Objective To investigate auricle index difference in Henan residents,and to provide an additional reference for otoplasty.Methods Subjects were made up 266 healthy young of Henan residents.Their height,weight,total head height,maximum head length,maximum head breadth,vertex to tragion height,physiognomic ear breadth,morphological ear breadth,physiognomic ear length and morphological ear length were measured and calculated.All the data were analyzed by SPSS 15.0 software.Results We obtained the means,standard deviation of each items,and data were treated statistically.Height （162.9＆#177;4.1） cm,weight （55.3＆#177;6.5） kg,total head height （18.6＆#177;1.0） cm,maximum head length （17.0＆#177;0.7） cm,maximum head breadth （14.1＆#177;0.8） cm,vertex to tragion height （11.9＆#177;0.7） cm,physiognomic ear length （6.2＆#177;0.4） cm,morphological ear breadth （4.9＆#177;0.6） cm,physiognomic ear breadth （3.3＆#177;0.3） cm and morphological ear length （2.9＆#177;0.3） cm were determined.The differences among the indices mentioned above were of statistical significance （P〈0.05）;the indices of female subjects of different height were significantly different （P〈0.05）;the indices of female subjects of different weight were also statistically different （P〈0.05）.The auricle index subjects of different height and weight were of no stistical difference.（P〉0.05）.Conclusions Subjects of different height and weight have different total head height;hence,the indices are related to body height and weight.Subjects of different height have different vertex to tragion height,length-height index of the head and breadth-height index of the head.This study has certain reference values on analyzing the characteristics of the human and auricle cosmetology of henan young females.
