通过对创造和创造力的分析,提出高等中医药院校中医药类研究生培养,要注意打造创造性思维教师团队,提供创造性思维培养的学术氛围,注重培养学生构建最佳的知识结构,广博、深厚的中医药学和西医学知识及娴熟的研究技能,培养其基于中医思维的创造性思维能力及符合中医药特色的现代研究方法及创造性人格特征,这是提高高等中医药院校中医药类研究生创造力,产生高水平中医药创新成果的必然选择。

Through the analysis on creation and creativity,the paper indicates that TCM colleges and universities should pay more attention to build a teacher team with creative thinking,provide academic atmosphere for cultivating creative thinking,construct the best knowledge structure for students,and train them to have a broad and profound TCM and modern medical knowledge,adept research skills,creative thinking ability based on TCM thinking,modern research methods accorded with TCM characteristics,and creative personality features during training of TCM graduates.It is an inevitable choice to promote creativity in TCM graduates and produce high-level TCM innovative achievements.
