摘要
撒拉族学前教育发展集中了西部、民族、偏远、欠发达地区发展学前教育的所有困难和特点,加之传统宗教文化中"男尊女卑"的特点,在女童接受学前教育方面认识片面,发展困难重重。本文试图透过对青海省循化撒拉族自治县学前教育发展困境的分析,从合理配置教育资源、加强学前教育地方性法规建设、加强学前教师队伍建设、提高认识并利用丰富的民族特色资源开发学前课程四个方面提出对策建议,以期促进撒拉族学前教育发展。
The development of the preschool education of the Sala concentrated all the difficulties and characteristics of the development of the west, the ethnic, the remote and the underdeveloped areas, and the traditional religious culture in the "men^s superiority to women" characteristics, acceptance of pre- school education in one-- sided girls, difficulties in the development of preschool education. This article tries to Qinghai Province on Xunhua Salar Autonomous County preschool education development dilemma analysis, from the rational allocation of educational resources, strengthening the construction of pre- school education, the local laws and regulations, strengthening the construction of pre--school teachers to raise awareness and utilization of national characteristics of abundant resources of preschool curriculum four aspects puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, in order to promote the development of the Salar preschool education.
