交通共同体的构建不仅有助于破解机动化社会下交通安全和交通拥堵等问题,同时对于促进道路交通"软文化"建设以及推动交通管理社会化改革具有重要的作用和价值。以国家治理现代化为背景,要在传承和创新、改革与实践、反思与重塑的基础上,全面构建以"诚信"、"和谐"、"人本"为导向的现代交通文化价值体系。同时,通过对交通共同体的学理分析和理论阐释,为"互为主体"的交通人际模式的塑造,以权利保护为核心的交通伦理体系建设以及多元协同合作的交通治理体系构筑提供必要的规范依据和文化支撑。

The construction of traffic community not only helps to solve the issues related to transportation safety and traffic jam in mechanization society,but also plays an important role and value in promoting the construction of 'soft culture'of road traffic and driving the socialization reform of traffic management. Under the background of national governance modernization, this paper is intended to create a modern-transportation cultural value system oriented by 'honesty','harmony 'and 'humanism 'on the basis of preservation and innovation,reform and practice,as well as reflection and reconstruction. At the same time,through the academic analysis and theoretical explanation of traffic community,the necessary norm basis and cultural support has been offered to the formation for the traffic interpersonal model of 'inter-subjectivity'and the construction of traffic ethic system with the core of right protection and the traffic control system with multi-element collaboration.
