蒲松龄《农桑经》中蕴含着丰富的农业管理学思想,具有一定的农业管理学文献价值。书中主要涉及到对佃户、雇工的管理,对时间的管理,租佃关系中对出租方利益的保证,以及其他一些零星的农业管理思想。这些农业管理思想所涉方面众多,具有一定的系统性,但不是蒲松龄有意识为之的结果。

There are abundant agricultural management thoughts in NongJing, which was written by Pu Songling, so it has some philology value of agricultural management. The thoughts mainly contain the management to the tenants and employees,the management to time,the guarantee to the lessors in the tenancy relationship,and some other fragmentary agricultural management thoughts. The thoughts involves many aspects,and to a certain extent,are systematic,but not conscious.
