摘要
采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈和水(0.05%磷酸水溶液)为流动相,使用C_(18)反相柱和紫外可变波长检测器,在230 nm波长下对15%唑啉草酯·氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯可分散油悬浮剂进行分离和定量分析。结果表明,该分析方法对有效成分唑啉草酯、氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯的线性相关系数分别为0.999 3和0.999 5,标准偏差分别为0.12和0.17,变异系数分别为1.92%和1.83%,平均回收率分别为99.32%和99.57%。
A method for separation and quantitative analysis of pinoxaden + fluroxypyr-meptyl 15% OD by HPLC with acetonitrile and 0.05% phosphoric acid solution as mobile phase, ZORBAX SB-C18 column and UV-absorbance detector at 230 nrn wavelength was established. The results showed that the linears correlation coefficient of pinoxaden and fluroxypyr-meptyl were 0.999 3 and 0.999 5, the standard deviations were 0.12 and 0.17, the variation coefficients were 1.92% and 1.83%, and average recoveries were 99.32% and 99.57%, respectively.
