摘要
分析了长洲水电厂大型灯泡贯流式机组一次调频动作后监控系统有功调节失效、动作量不足、频繁动作造成机组过负荷、拦污栅严重堵塞时造成机组解列、水头过低时导致工况恶化、参数丢失等6个关键技术问题,提出了优化控制策略、增加计算频差、设置最高有功调节闭锁、引入拦污栅压差信号、退出一次调频功能、更换老化元件等解决方法,为完善灯泡贯流式机组一次调频性能提供参考。
The large bulb turbine units of Changzhou hydropower plant had seen problems related to primary fre- quency regulating such as active power regulating failure after primary frequency control, insufficient or frequent ac- tion resulting in unit overload, serious blocking at trash rack leading to units tripping from power grid, worse operat- ing conditions at low water head, data losses etc. Solution was put forward including optimization of control scheme, additional calculation of frequency difference, setting maximum active power regulating locking, adding trash rack pressure difference input, quitting primary frequency regulating, replacing aging instruments etc.
