摘要
根据广西长洲水利枢纽的功能,在枯水期确保通航的前提下,结合相关方对水资源利用的需求,对水库调度和船闸方式进行了分析,提出了枯水期相应流量调度与运行方式。实践证明:该调度与运行方式兼顾了通航、调水与发电3方面对水资源的需求,效益显著。
An introduction was made on the functions of Changzhou Hydraulic Complex in Guangxi. Under the pre- condition of dry season navigation being guaranteed, combined with various demands of water resources utilization, analysis was made on the operation mode of reservoir and ship lock, based on which the dry season flow regulating and operation scheme were put forward. The results of practice demonstrate this operation mode strikes a balance among the water resources demands of navigation, water transfer and power generation with significant benefits.
