贵州省县级医院建立心血管病专科科室的必要性评估

Necessity of setting up special department of cardiovascular disease in county level hospitals of Guizhou province

目的:分析贵州省县级医院建立心血管病专科科室的必要性。方法:采用简单随机抽样的方法,从贵州省7个县区农合办获取2015—2016年新农合报账费用明细表,对所得数据进行分析。结果:心血管病住院患者数及流向县外的患者数均呈现增长趋势;县内、外住院总费用、自付费用、补偿费用差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:在部分条件相对成熟的县级医院推进心血管病的专科建设,对患者、医院以及新农合基金、国家医改精神都具有重要意义。

Objective：To analyze the necessity of setting up a special department of cardiovascular disease in county level hospitals of Guizhou province. Methods：Seven counties in Guizhou Province were randomly selected as the study area,and a detailed list of the cost of new rural cooperative medical system （NRCMS） was obtained from agricultural cooperative agency of each county in 2015--2016. Data were analyzed by using SPSS20.0 software. Results：From 2015 to 2016,the number of hospitalized patients with cardiovascular disease in 7 counties and the number of patients flowing out the county both showed an increasing trend. The total cost of hospitalization in and out the county, self-paid and compensatory expenses were statistically significant （P 〈 0.001）. Conclusion：Promoting of the specialist construction for cardiovascular disease in county-level hospitals with relatively mature conditions is of great significance,either for the patient,the hospital,the new rural cooperative medical fund, or the spirit of national health care reform.
