摘要
永定桥水利工程碾压混凝土重力坝溢流面总宽30m,斜面坡比1∶0.75,坡长90m,面板厚2m,坡度陡,跨度大。采用高陡溢流面混凝土成型设备进行施工,有效保证了面板混凝土质量,加快了施工进度,节省了工程投资。本文通过对高陡溢流面混凝土成型设备研究,结合现场施工实际情况,总结了高陡溢流面混凝土施工成型设备的应用情况,对同类型工程施工具有推广作用。
The RCC gravity dam spillway surface has total width of 30m, its slope gradient is 1:0.75, slope length is 90m, panel thickness is 2m, the slope is steep, and the span is large in Yongding Bridge Water Conservancy Project. High and steep Spillway surface concrete forming equipment is adopted for construction, thereby ensuring the quality of facing concrete effectively, speeding up the construction progress, and saving the engineering investment. High and steep spillway surface concrete forming equipment is studied in the paper combined with the practical condition of construction in the site, and the application of high and steep overflow surface concrete construction forming equipment is summarized with promotion role to construction of similar projects.
