作为社情民意表达和传播的主要载体,互联网发挥着日益重要的作用。为了维护社会秩序的稳定,构建和谐社会,关注网络舆情,认知网络舆情模式,掌握网络舆情监控研判及管理,已是当前医院管理人员必须具备的素质。本文通过分析涉医网络舆情的特点,以及医疗机构应对网络舆情存在的问题,归纳了医疗机构对网络舆情处置的原则和工作措施以供参考。

As the main carrier of social opinion expression, the Internet is playing a more and more important role. In order to maintain the stability of social order and to build a harmonious society, they have become a necessary skill of hospital administrators, including focusing on network opinion, learning its model and commanding the judgement. This article concluded about the principle on how to deal with the problems associated with network opinion and how to react with them by analyzing their characteristics and the potential problems in current institutions.
