摘要
在PEMFC的研究中,双极板流场一直是一个非常关键的研究部分。如今对双极板流场的研究,多基于反应产物水仅以气态形式存在,然而在实际的反应中,尤其在大电流密度下,扩散层中有液态水产生并在电解质表面形成水膜,影响着燃料电池的使用性能。引入液态水水膜对PEMFC性能的影响,推导出新的电流密度公式,使其更符合真实反应情况,并建立了更准确的三维阴极模型对交指形流场尺寸进行优化,得出在宽度为1cm的双极板上制造出4组流道且其进出流道宽度比为1.5∶1时更好。
In the research of PEMFC,the flow field of bipolar plate has been a very important research part. Now the bipolar plate flow field research,the water of multi reaction products existed only in the form of gas. But in the actual reaction and especially in the high current density,when liquid water and water film formed in the electrolyte surface diffusion layer,the performance of fuel cell is affected. In this paper,the liquid water film effecting on the performance of PEMFC is introduced,a new formula of the current density is derived,which is more consistent with the real situation of the reaction,and the three-dimensional model more accurately shaped cathode flow field is set up to optimize the interdigital size,the width of 1cm bipolar plate to produce 4 sets of channels,and the better ratio of import channel width is 1.5∶1.
