激光雕刻系统中数据处理技术研究

摘要 近年来,激光雕刻技术受到越来越多的关注,FPGA数据处理是激光雕刻系统中的重要部分,数据检测提取负责雕刻中重要参数的提取,灰度功率匹配将灰度级和激光器输出功率建立线性关系,使得雕刻系统实现多灰度级的平滑雕刻。雕刻结果表明可以实现256级灰度雕刻,雕刻图像具有层次感。 In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to the laser engraving technology. FPGA data processing is an important part of the laser engraving system,Data detection extraction is responsible for the extraction of important parameters in engraving. Gray power matching establish a linear relationship between the gray level and the laser output power,making the carving system to achieve multi-grayscale smooth carving. The results of the carving show that 256 grayscale engravings can be achieved,and the engraving images have a sense of hierarchy.
