摘要 提出了一种智能变电站集成保护算法。利用故障时元件两端的正序故障分量电流相位相差不大,而外部故障时其相位几乎相反的特点,构成故障元件判别原则,结合智能电子设备(Intelligent Electric Device,IED)采集的相位信息判别故障元件。当IED采集的相位信息缺失时,根据容错策略,仍能准确地判别故障元件。该保护算法简单可靠,有一定的容错能力,并通过仿真验证了该算法的有效性。 An integrated protection algorithm of intelligent substation is proposed in this paper. Using the characteristics to make the fault element discrimination principle. When a fault occurs,the phases of positive sequence fault component currents of the two sides of fault element are small.While external faults occur,the phases are almost opposite. And using the phase information that the intelligent electric devices(IEDs) acquired, the fault element can be identified.When the phase information lost,according to the fault-tolerant strategy,the fault could be distinguished accurately.This relaying protection algorithm is simple,reliable and having the fault-tolerant ability. Its availability is validated by simulation.
