摘要
"三区"支教计划是深入推进教育精准扶贫及农村师资建设的重要举措。湖南省自2014年春季正式实施"三区"支教计划以来,弥补了农村教师队伍建设的一些短板,为一大批城市教师提供了锻炼和成长的机会,构建了城乡学校联系沟通的长效机制。与此同时,当前的支教工作仍存在对接机制不够健全、选派标准不够完善、激励措施不够到位等问题。因此,需要从优化区域教育生态环境,调整支教相关政策规定,健全支教校师激励措施等方面加以不断完善。
The Supporting Teaching Plan in the "Three Areas" (the remote poverty-stricken areas, the ethnic minority areas of the frontiers,and the old revolutionary base areas) is an important measure to promote targeted poverty alleviation and the construction of rural teaching faculty. Since the spring of 2014,Hunan province has officially implemented the Supporting Teaching Plan in the "Three Areas". Noticeable effects have been achieved, such as, modifying the defects in construction of rural teaching faculty, providing growth opportunities for urban teachers, and establishing long-term communicating mechanism between urban and rural schools. However, there are still some problems in the implementation of this plan,including the imperfection of the docking mechanism, the selection criteria and the incentive measures,etc. It is necessary to optimize the regional education ecological environment, adjust the relevant policies and regulate the incentive measures of the teachers.
