摘要 研究了一种半焦成型工艺,以对辊压球机作为半焦粉末的成型设备,论述了半焦粒度配比、粘结剂种类和固硫剂加入量对块状型焦强度、工业分析指标和固硫率的影响;半焦粒度以小于1 mm的占70%为宜,选用复合粘结剂,固硫剂为Ca(OH)2,加入量控制在2%以内;制得的型焦具有良好的强度,工业分析指标优于国家标准,固硫率高达32.64%。 In this paper, a semi-coke molding process is developed. The molding machine is a roll-type, ball forming machine. The effect of semi-coke particle size ratio, caking agents and sulfurfixed agent addition amount on the intensity, proximate analysis values and the rate of sulfur fixation of formcoke is studied. The appropriate particle size ratio of semi-coke is 70% to be less than 1 mm. The compound binder is selected as caking agent. The sulfurfixed agent is Ca(OH)2 with addition amount within 2%. On above conditions, the intensity of formcoke is good and the proximate analysis values e is better than Chinese Standard requirements with the sulfur fixation rate as high as 32.64%.
