摘要
采用燃煤电厂炉前脱硫脱灰技术对入炉煤炭进行了半工业性试验研究,考察了煤炭的实际分选效果;该技术可对高硫煤进行有效的脱硫、脱灰,随着分选密度的增加,精煤硫分逐步增大,矸石热值逐步减小,脱硫率及脱灰率均随分选密度的增大而减小;试验结果为:脱硫率23.75%~24.5%,脱灰率19.85%~21.33%,矸石产率为13.03%~16.88%,矸石热值4.29~5.25 MJ/kg。
This paper studies the actual effect of coal processing through the semi-industrial test with desulphurization and deashing technology before burning in coal-fired power plant. High-sulfur coal can be desulfurized and deashed effectively by this technology. The higher of separating density, the higher the sulfur content of clean coal is and the lower the heat value of refuse is. The desulfurization and deashing effect is decreased with the increase of the separation density. The test results show that the desulfurization ef f iciency is 23.75% ~24.5%, a nd t he dea sh i ng ef f iciency is 19.85%~21.33% while the refuse yield is 13.03%~16.88% and the heat value of refuse is 4.29~5.25MJ/kg.
