摘要
对以低温干馏为基础的低阶煤分质利用技术进行了分析,提出了煤低温干馏分质综合利用技术的发展方向;重点结合竖炉内热式低温干馏工艺存在的问题,提出了解决方案,并介绍了富氧干馏、新型干熄焦、废水消纳、碎煤分级入炉、微波干馏等技术开发状况,对相关技术产业化应用前景进行了展望。
This paper analyzes the utilization technology of low-rank coal quality based on low-tempcrature dry distillation,and puts forward the development direction of low-temperature.dry distillation comprehensive utilization technology:Focusing on the existing problems of the low temperature dry distillation process of the shaft furnace.It also puts forward the solutions and introduces the problems of oxygen-enriched dry distillation,new dry coke quenching,waste water disuse,broken coal classification into the furnacc,microwave dry distillation,and other technology development status,and the application of related technology industrialization is prospected.
