摘要 为了提高无刷直流电机的调速性能,设计了以DSP(TMS320F28335)为主控芯片,IR2136为驱动芯片的无刷直流电机调速系统。针对传统PID控制策略在电机调速中响应速度慢,并且在电机调速系统负载或者参数变化时很难达到预期效果的问题,提出了一种改进的PID控制方法。实验结果表明:该调速系统软件和硬件设计合理,运行稳定;所设计的无刷直流电机调速系统具有响应速度快、稳定性好、调速精度高等优点,具有较高的应用价值。 In order to improve the speed control performance of brushless direct current motor,a speed control system for DC motor with DSP TMS320F28335 and driver chip IR2136 was designed.Traditional PID control strategy has slow response in the process of speed control and it is difficult to achieve the expected effect when the load or parameter of motor speed-regulation system changed.Therefore,a new PID control strategy was proposed to solve problems of the traditional one which had slow response and low control precision.The experimental results showed that software and hardware of the speed control system were designed reasonably and ran stably.The designed speed control system for brushless direct current motor has a high application value for its fast response,good stability,high control precision,etc.
