摘要
通过在铂电阻测温电桥电路中引入一个共模匹配电阻元件,使单电源供电的PGA放大器放大测温电桥中的铂电阻成为了可能,PGA放大器对铂电阻信号放大的同时得到了非线性修正,非线性误差达到了0.025%FS,铂电阻零位及满度信号的数字调试,避免了更换电阻或用电位器带来的精度低、可靠性差的问题。
A common mode matching resistor is adopted in the platinum resistance temperature measuring bridge circuit.It is achieved to amplify the platinum resistance in a temperature measuring bridge by a single power PGA amplifier.The amplifier makes the platinum resistance signal amplification and a nonlinear correction.The nonlinear error is only0.025%FS.The digital debugging of platinum resistance zero and full signal avoids the problems of low precision and poor reliability caused by replacing resistor or using potentiometers.
