随着社会的发展和人类对疾病的认识逐渐深入,中医学的诊疗模式也在发生变化。国医大师王琦提出了"辨体-辨病-辨证"诊疗模式,并将其用于指导临床实践。本文从三辨模式的创立开始,分别阐述了辨证论治、辨病论治和辨体论治三种模式各自的优势和劣势,并着重介绍了"辨体-辨病-辨证"模式在中医诊治疾病、康复保健中的具体应用,特别是突出了辨体论治的临床应用价值。

With the development of the society and human understanding of disease,TCM diagnosis and treatment patterns are changing. Professor WANG Qi puts forward constitution differentiation-disease differentiation-syndrome differentiation model in clinical diagnosis and treatment,and applies it to guide clinical practice. Starting from the establishment of the model,the advantages and disadvantages of the syndrome differentiation,diseases diagnoses and constitution differentiation are discussed respectively.The application and value of constitution differentiation-disease differentiation-syndrome differentiation model in the diagnosis and treatment will be discussed thoroughly in this article.
