从肝主疏泄论治咳嗽浅探

Investigation of liver controlling dispersion in treating cough

肝主疏泄,肺主气之宣发肃降,二者在气机升降、经脉气血贯通方面相互为用。肝失疏泄有太过与不及之分,临床上,在治疗咳嗽的同时,通过调节肝的疏泄功能,使之气机畅通,对于咳嗽的治疗有显著的疗效。

Both of liver controlling dispersion and lung controlling dispersing qi outward and inward effect on the aspects of activities of qi hoisting and feedthrough of meridians and qi and blood each other. The liver failing to maintain the normal flow of qi divides into hyperactivity and inadequacy. By regulating the function of dispersion of liver makes the activities of qi smoothly at the same time of treating cough clinically. It has a significant effect for the treatment of cough.In this article a case is given to illustrate.
