摘要
根据电动翻身床的工作原理,分析引起电动翻身床辐射骚扰超标的可能原因,并通过实践的方法进行了验证。针对不同的干扰源,分别采取共模抑制、滤波、减小电流回流面积等整改措施。整改后,电动翻身床的电磁辐射骚扰测试结果符合GB 4824-2013中的一组B类限值要求。
According to the working principle and the key components of the electric turning bed,the paper analyzes the possible causes of excessive radiation disturbance caused by electric turning bed,and verifies the main disturbance source by practical method.Finally,the article elaborates the effective rectification measures such as common mode suppression,filtering and reducing loop area etc.for different interference sources.After the rectification,the Radiated Emission test result could meet the requirement of GB 4824-2013 B limit
