摘要
文中建立了利用全自动固相萃取仪(Fotector 02HT)对蔬菜中有机磷农药残留检验方法。蔬菜经过制样超声提取后,分取,使用Auto EVA-60浓缩至3.0mL后经过Fotector 02HT全自动固相萃取仪净化,自动完成SPE柱活化、样品上样、淋洗、收集等步骤,经过浓缩后的收集液经过氮吹浓缩、溶剂转换、定容后,用气相色谱检测,外标法定量。通过全自动固相萃取的蔬菜样品,目标组分的回收富集更加充分,经多次试验发现,蔬菜样品的加标回收率均在84.7%~92.7%,相关系数在0.9998~0.9999,线性关系很好,RSD均小于10%。通过该方法,能够比较快速准确测定五种有机磷农药残留含量。
A method for the determination of organophosphorus pesticide residues in vegetables by automatic solid-phase extraction (Fotector 02HT) was established in this paper. The vegetables sample was through ultrasonic extraction, separation, the use of Auto EVA-60 to 3mL Fotector 02HT enrichment by automatic solid-phase extraction column purification, automated SPE activation, sample collection, leaching, condensed liquid with the nitrogen concentration, solvent conversion and constant volume. The recoveries of the spiked samples were in the range of 84.7%-92.7%, the linear relationship was good, the correlation coefficient was 0.9998-4).9999, RSD was less than 10%, and the content of the five organophosphorus pesticides could be determined quickly and accurately.
