摘要
介绍内皮素 (ET)及其受体拮抗剂的研究进展 ,综述 ET受体拮抗剂对心血管疾病和其他相关疾病的治疗作用 。
The progress in the research of endothelin and its receptor antagonists was introduced. Their therapeutical effects on cardiovascular diseases and other related diseases were reviewed and the improtant role of this class of medicines in the disease therapy was also assessed.
