儿童暴发性肝衰竭病因、诊疗及预后因素相关进展 被引量：2

摘要 急性肝衰竭（acute liver failure,ALF）在人群中较少见,但其破坏潜力巨大,危及生命,常导致死亡或进行紧急肝脏移植。既往无慢性肝脏基础疾病,在短时间内出现大量肝细胞坏死、肝功能障碍、凝血功能异常,并出现肝性脑病、脑水肿、弥散性血管内凝血、多器官功能障碍等并发症,病死率极高。儿童暴发性肝衰竭（pediatric acute liver failure,PALF）的病因随患儿年龄、所处地域、遗传背景等不同而不同,
