核电站某型式滤网单元的抗震分析

摘要 应用有限元分析软件ANSYS,建立了核电站某型式滤网单元的三维计算模型,对滤网单元结构进行了抗震分析计算。在滤网单元结构模态分析的基础上,采用等效静载的方法对滤网单元结构在自重、压强和地震载荷下进行了抗震分析。并依据ASME规范卷III的要求,对滤网单元在D级使用限制条件下的应力进行组合和评估。结果表明该滤网单元的设计满足ASME规范卷III的要求。 A three-dimensional calculation model was established for a cartridge of nuclear power plant by FEA software ANSYS, with which seismic analysis was conducted on the cartridge structure under the action of gravity, pressure and SSE loads using equivalent static loading method on the basis of model analysis. Meanwhile, stress combination and evaluation were carried out under D stress limits according to requirements of ASME section III. Results indicate that the design of related cartridge meets the requirements of ASME section III.
