摘要
在试验的基础上分析了某1 000 MW火电机组一次风的控制特点,提出了一次风节能调节技术和不同负荷下各台磨煤机的负荷优化分配,并针对实际情况对磨煤机风煤比进行优化调整,取得了较好的经济效果。
Based on experimental results, an analysis was conducted on the control features of primary air in a 1 000 MW coal-fired boiler, after which a energy-saving primary air adjustment technology and an optimal load distribution mode among various coal mills were proposed under different load conditions, while an adjustment optimization was carried out on the coal-air ratio of coal mills according to actual working conditions, thus achieving good economic effects
