重庆市江津区坪坪上汉代崖墓发掘简报

The Excavation of the Cliff Burials of the Han Dynasty at Pingshang Cemetery in Jiangjin District,Chongqing

2015年9月,重庆市文化遗产研究院等单位对位于重庆市江津区白沙镇河口村的坪坪上墓地进行了抢救性考古发掘,共清理崖墓6座,有单室和带侧室的两种。这批崖墓的时代主要集中在新莽至东汉早期,少量属于东汉中晚期。其发现为渝西地区汉代考古研究提供了新资料。

In September 2015, Chongqing Municipal Institute of Cultural Heritage and other institutions conducted rescue excavation to the Pingshang Cemetery at Hekou Village in Baisha Town, Jiangjin District, Chongqing Municipality. The excavation recovered six cliff burials, which could be classified into the single- chamber ones and the ones with side chamber. The dates of these cliff burials were concentrated in the Xin Dynasty （Wang Mang Interregnum） and the early Eastern Han Dynasty, with a few belonging to the mid and late Eastern Han Dynasty. This discovery provided new data for the archaeology of the Han Dynasty in the western Chongqing area.
