摘要
压力箱为开口尺寸满足被检测试件安装的半封闭结构。本文总结检测实例,依据检测标准要求,设计建造用于幕墙门窗、轨道交通屏蔽门试件检测的多功能一体化压力箱,对压力箱的平面、立面科学化设计研究,采用钢结构形式,结构灵活,缩短试件安装时间,降低辅材消耗,提高检测效率,满足相关检测标准要求。
The pressure chamber is a semi-closed structure, the opening size of which should meet the installed test specimen. The testing projects are summarized in this paper. Based on corresponding standards, the integration of pressure chamber compatible for the testing of both curtain wall windows and doors and rail transit platform screen doors is manufactured, where the plane and elevation of the multifunctional pressure chamber are scientifically de- signed. The steel structure of the chamber is flexible so that the installation time and the consumption of auxiliary materials can be reduced, which further improves the efficiency of the test. It is demonstrated that the integrative pressure chambers meet all the requirements of related standards.
