浅析隧道盾构施工几个问题及处理措施

Analysis on Several Problems and Corresponding Measures During the Tunnel Shield Construction

盾构隧道施工过程复杂,在施工期间常常遇到各种施工问题。本文以珠江三角洲城际快速轨道交通广州至佛山段工程隧道为工程依托,针对盾构隧道施工出现的地质围岩强度高、刀具磨损严重、换刀频繁、刀盘结泥饼、螺旋机喷涌、渣土稀释、外运困难等各种难题给出了相应的应对措施,并对类似盾构隧道工程的施工提出了建议,为工程实践提供参考。

The shield tunnel construction process is complex with various problems often encountered during the construction period. Base on the tunnel construction from Guangzhou to Foshan in the Pearl River Delta Intercity Rapid Rail Transit, the solutions to the problems in shield tunnel construction, such as high geological rock strength, serious tool wearing, frequent tool change, mud cake gathered in cutter, spiral jet muck dilution, and difficulties of dilution and transportation of the dregs, are proposed in this paper, which provides efficient suggestions and refer- ence for the construction of shield tunnel and other engineering projects.
