摘要
Hedgehog信号通路是一条参与生物细胞胚胎生长发育的重要通路,其参与机体细胞生长、增殖及分化等过程。并且该通路与多种恶性肿瘤的形成、进展及侵袭转移过程密切相关。卵巢癌、宫颈癌和子宫内膜癌则是常见三大妇科恶性肿瘤,其发病率均逐年升高,而目前临床诊治方法均未达到理想水平。三种恶性肿瘤中均存在Hedgehog信号通路的过度激活,这些肿瘤的发生、发展与该通路密切相关。目前该通路组分的抑制剂是研究热门,其可能作为靶向治疗恶性肿瘤的新方式。
Hedgehog signaling pathway is an important pathway involved in the development of biological embryos,participating the process of cell growth,proliferation and differentiation. The hedgehog pathway is closely related to the formation,progression and invasion and metastasis of many malignant tumors. Ovarian cancer,cervical cancer and endometrial cancer are three common gynecologic malignancies,the incidence of which have been increasing year by year,and the clinical diagnosis and curative effect are not ideal. Excessive activation of Hedgehog pathway exists in these three kinds of malignant tumors,indicating that the pathogenesis and the signaling pathway are closely related. At present,the inhibitors of hedgehog pathway are the most popular research spots,which may be a new way of targeted therapy for the malignant tumors.
