摘要
陕西省某羊场羊发生细菌性疾病,为了确定发病原因作了实验室微生物学诊断。方法:将病死羊解剖后无菌操作采取腹腔积液、肝脏及脾脏等病料做细菌分离鉴定工作。从病料中分离到一株革兰氏阴性小杆菌,对其进行生物学特性及生理生化试验,结果鉴定为弗氏柠檬酸杆菌。抗生素敏感性试验结果:对抗生素庆大霉素、克拉霉素、克林霉素等高度敏感,对复方新诺明、苯唑西林、头孢他啶、头孢呋辛等抗生素有耐药性。小白鼠致病性试验对小白鼠有致死性。综合上述结果证实革兰氏阴性小杆菌为弗氏柠檬酸杆菌。
The microbiological diagnosis was done in a livestock farm , Shaanxi province in order to define the pathogehesis of the ovine bacterial. The bacteria was isolated and identificated by dissecting the diseased sheep, and then conducting aseptic technique for specimen collection such as abdominal cavity effusion, liver and spleen. We got a strain of small gram negative ba- cilli through the identification of biological characteristics, physiological biochemical tests and animal pathogenicity tests. It was identified as citrobacter freundii. It is highly sensitive to gentamicin, clarithromycin and clindamycin. It has drug resistance to selectrin, oxacillin, eeftazidime and cefuroxime. The strains were all highly pathogenic to mice. In conclusion, the small gram negative bacilli is citrobacter freundii.
