獭兔是一种皮肉兼用型兔,所生产的裘皮制品因具有轻柔、美观、保暖、轻便的特点而深受人们喜爱;獭兔肉与肉兔的肉一样具有"三高三低"(高蛋白、高消化率、高赖氨酸,低脂肪、低热量、低胆固醇)的特征,且肉质细嫩,营养丰富,是理想的健康肉食品之一。獭兔是草食动物,饲料来源丰富,饲养技术容易掌控。饲养獭兔投资少,经济效益高,目前已成为广大农村调整产业结构和农民脱贫致富的好项目。要养好獭兔,做大兔产业,就必须了解獭兔养殖的过去、现在和未来,本文就獭兔在我国发展现状、存在问题及发展方向做一探讨,仅供参考。

Rex rabbit is a special type of dual-purpose type for both meat and fur. Fur product is gentle, beautiful, warm and light. Rabbit meat is one of the good health dish with ＂three high and three low＂ （high protein, high digestibility, high lysine, low fat, low calorie, low cholesterol） characteristics, and the meat is tender and rich in nutrient. Rex is a kind of herbivorous animal. Feed sources are abundant and feeding techniques are easy to control. Less investment and high economic efficiency make Rex breeding become a main project for rural industrial structure adjustment and poverty alleviation. The paper introduced the current situation, existing problems and development direction of Rax feeding in China.
