摘要
猪蓝耳病免疫时当前绝大部分中小规模场防控蓝耳病最重要的措施。但由于对蓝耳病病毒、蓝耳病免疫和蓝耳病疫苗认识不足,不掌握相关的知识,造成免疫失败和猪群发病的现象屡见不鲜。笔者主要从猪蓝耳病病毒特性、疫苗特点、免疫程序、猪场环境污染等4个方面对蓝耳病免疫失败和免疫工作中存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了蓝耳病免疫的建议。
Immunization is the main measure to prevent porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome（PRRS）for small and medium-sized farms. However, there were many immune failure cases due to lack knowledge of PRRS virus, immune and vaccine. This paper analyze the existing problems from PRRS virus toxicity, vaccine characteristics, immunization procedure and environmental pollution, as well as put forward some suggestion to prevent PRRS.
