摘要 基于低温共烧陶瓷(LTCC)技术设计了一种微型化巴伦(Balun)。微型化的Balun采用Marchand Balun结构和LTCC的立体集成结构,Balun内部带状线利用宽边带状线结构,采用一种螺旋化方式,减小巴伦的体积。该巴伦的带宽为2.4~2.5 GHz,尺寸仅为2.0 mm×1.25 mm×0.8 mm,该巴伦不仅插损小,而且平衡端口输出具有良好的幅值平衡和180°相位差。 Based on LTCC(Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramic) technology to design a kind of miniaturization Balun. This paper designs the miniaturization of Balun use Marchand Balun structure and three-dimensional integrated structure of LTCC, inside the Balun stripline using wide-brimmed stripline structure, adopt the way of spiral, this structure can reduce the volume balance. The balun's bandwidth is 2.4 GHz to 2.5 GHz, size is 2.0 mm×1.25 mm×0.8 mm, the balance not only small insertion loss, but also the balance port output has a good amplitude balance and 180° phase difference.
