摘要
提出了一种基于FPGA控制的免疫层析信号数据采集系统,系统由免疫层析模拟信号采集模块、FPGA数字控制模块和上位机处理模块组成。FPGA数字控制模块由A/D驱动、电机驱动和数据传输模块组成,其主要工作流程是电机转动的同时控制TM7705同步采样,并在RAM中缓存采样数据。该系统能够实现试条检测的控制,检测结果表示线性度为R^2=0.998,灵敏度为0.0277mL/μg,最低检测浓度为1.95μg/mL,重复性小于5%。该系统检测灵敏度较高、一致性稳定,具有较好的实用性和可扩展性。
This paper introduced a data acquisition system based on FPGA control for immunochromatographic assay. The system was composed of analog signal acquisition module, FPGA digital control module and PC. The FPGA digital control module consisted of A/D driver, motor driver and data transmission module. It controlled the stepper motor and the synchronized sampling of TM7705, then the sampled data was saved in RAM. The proposed system was suitable for LFIA test control, which showed good detection linearity(R^2=0.998). The sensitivity of the system was 0.0277 mL/μg, the lowest detecting concentration was 1.95 μg/mL and the CV was lower than 5%. In conclusion, the system has high detection sensitivity, good stability practicability and extensibility.
