全民健身上升为国家战略离不开社会体育专业人才强有力的支撑,而人才培养需要一定周期,人才培养任务的紧迫性凸显。将研究生教育中的导师负责制培养模式引入到社会体育专业本科生人才培养中,对导师制在社会体育专业本科生人才培养中可能发挥的作用和实施策略进行研究,以期更有针对性提高人才培养速度与质量,满足全民健身国家战略背景下对社会体育专业人才需求,助力于我国体育产业和体育事业的可持续发展。

National fitness after the rise for the national strategy depends on social sports professionals strong support, and personnel training needs certain cycles, the urgency of the training task.The tutor responsibility system of graduate education training mode is introduced into the social sports specialty undergraduate talents cultivation; the tutorial system in social sports majors may play a role in talent training and implementation strategy, in order to more targeted to improve speed and quality of personnel training, to meet the national fitness under the background of national strategy of social sports professionals demand, helping with the sustainable development of sports industry and sports undertakings in China.
